Brisa Acquires Arvento Mobile Systems to Accelerate Its Sustainable Mobility Solutions Business

Brisa Acquires Arvento Mobile Systems to Accelerate Its Sustainable Mobility Solutions Business
Brisa, Turkey’s tire industry leader, acquires 88.89% capital shares of Arvento Mobile Systems (Arvento) for a consideration of 291 Million TL in line with the strategic visions of its shareholders Bridgestone and Sabancı Holding. The transfer price will be subject to some adjustments, taking into account the net debt and working capital levels of Arvento at the closing date.
Arvento, a key technology provider in the field of vehicle tracking and fleet management systems in the Turkish market, provides state-of-the-art fleet telematics, M2M solutions and vehicle tracking systems to over 54,000 customers.
This acquisition allows Brisa to expand its existing portfolio from its core tire business to mobility solutions. At the same time, it will create synergies as Brisa aims to advance its exisiting strong tire products and service network by integrating them with the Arvento fleet management platform.
